The New York City Adopt-a-School program allows us to offer copies of Those Amazing Engineers for classroom use in your school or school district, at no cost to you.
The colorful, fun-to-read 28-page book explains to upper elementary school children just what it is that engineers do. In one Massachusetts school, teachers successfully used the books in fifth and sixth grade classroom reading and discussion sessions, and then encouraged students to take the books home to share with their families.
